Most insulation is safe and new insulation can be added over the top of it. However sometimes insulation does need to be removed. These instances include:

1. Animal infestation and contamination.
2. Mold remediation.
3. Fire and smoke damage restoration.
4. Water damage restoration.
5. In preparation for remodeling.
   * To prevent blown insulation from tracking into occupied areas.
   * To clear attic for other trades to work.

We suck out contaminated insulation with our specialized equipment.

Our crew can vacuum the insulation directly into a dumpster, or into contractor bags.

We then use a specialized spray that disinfects and deodorizes the area.

Finally we add new insulation to bring your attic up to government code.

All work can be done in one trip, or separately to meet your needs.

Homeowner’s insurance will cover removal in some instances. We will gladly work with your insurance company to provide the necessary estimate, paperwork and time to get your claim approved.
